Assistant Business Development Manager Freight Forwarding

WE ARE HIRING: Sales Executive Freight Forwarding / Logistics

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and executing strategic sales plans to increase revenue and market share.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in domestic and international freight services.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and tenders for prospective clients.
• Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers through regular engagement.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform business strategy.
• Collaborate with internal teams (operations, customer service, finance) to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.
• Prepare and analyze sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years proven experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain industry (preferred).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
• Familiarity with international trade regulations, Incoterms, and logistics documentation.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); CRM software experience is an advantage.
• Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, or Freight Forwarding is preferred.
