WE ARE HIRING: Manager Engineering (Maintenance & Facility Management)

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee upkeep, repairs, and preventive maintenance for all facilities, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance with regulations.
• Manage preventive and corrective maintenance for operational equipment to minimize breakdowns and ensure timely completion of services.
• Manage supplier relationships, evaluate performance, ensure quality compliance, and drive supplier development initiatives.
• Lead and develop the maintenance team through supervision, training, and engagement programs.
• Plan and control the maintenance budget, optimizing costs without compromising quality or safety.
• Ensure compliance with occupational safety standards and legal requirements via regular inspections and audits.
• Coordinate rapid responses to urgent maintenance issues, minimizing downtime and enhancing preparedness.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, relevant technical discipline, or MBA.
• 8-10 years of experience in maintenance and facility management.
• Strong knowledge of cold room (refrigeration), AC maintenance, and general maintenance & repairs.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage budgets, teams, and contractors.
