Senior Executive - Production

WE ARE HIRING: Senior Executive Production

Function: Production Weaving

Location: Biyagama, Sri Lanka

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare daily and weekly production plans for assigned modules.
• Monitor and analyze efficiency levels, addressing issues to achieve targets.
• Identify and analyze production risks related to new elastic qualities that are not showing profitable trends.
• Improve new elastic quality by running mini bulks to test risks before bulk production and commercializing within specified timeframes.
• Advise bulk production teams on quality controls and parameters for new product development.
• Handle administrative activities for assigned modules.
• Communicate decisions from superiors to relevant modules and ensure implementation.
• Experiment and commercialize low-cost production methods to meet customer price requirements.
• Perform additional duties relevant to the role when requested by management.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelors degree in Chemistry, Physics, or Textile Management.
• 3-4 years of experience in a similar capacity within a manufacturing environment.

• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
