WE ARE HIRING : Operations Executive 

Role Overview
We are seeking a capable Operations Executive to support and grow our General Pest Control and Termite Control Division. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth day-to-day operations, maintain excellent client relationships, and collaborate with senior leadership for operational improvements. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft and send accurate quotations to customers in a timely manner.

  • Prepare reports and coordinate job schedules with admin staff, technicians, and managers.

  • Schedule and follow up with customers to ensure timely completion of jobs.

  • Collaborate with senior technicians and operations executives to allocate technicians for tasks.

  • Plan and manage recurring services under annual maintenance contracts.

  • Oversee job documentation and ensure records are updated in the ERP system (admin staff to assist with data entry).

  • Visit customers occasionally to assess requirements, manage expectations, and build strong relationships.

  • Work closely with management to implement operational improvements and process efficiency.

  • Handle customer complaints in a professional and solution-oriented manner.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Degree or higher education (preferred but not essential).

  • Prior experience in operations, scheduling, or customer service is an advantage.

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and perform under pressure.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and willingness to adapt to ERP systems and AI tools.

  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and reliability.

  • Flexibility to work beyond standard office hours when required.

  • Awareness of ISO, HACCP, and safety standards is an added advantage.
