Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Executive Sales Support to join our client's team in the aviation sector. The role involves managing group booking requests, handling sales support functions, and contributing to revenue growth through effective coordination with travel agents, corporates, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle and process group booking requests, including flight arrangements, pricing, and special requirements.

  • Provide price quotations to travel agents and tour operators; negotiate group fares with the Revenue Management Team.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for travel agencies, corporate clients, and direct customers regarding group sales.

  • Generate reports on group sales, analyzing performance and identifying trends.

  • Monitor competitor pricing and suggest strategies to Revenue Management.

  • Engage in sales visits to potential corporates to maximize group sales opportunities.

  • Achieve sales targets and explore new business opportunities.

  • Contribute to the Sales Action Plan, Marketing Plan, and Airline Branding strategies.

Candidate Profile:

  • Fully or part-qualified in CIM, SLIM, or Business Management Degree.

  • Minimum 1-2 years experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the airline or service industry.

  • Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Strong sales and communication skills.

  • Flexibility to work non-standard hours, particularly during peak travel seasons.

  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
