Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and passionate HR Manager to lead our people strategy, drive employee engagement, and build a high-performing team. This role will oversee HR operations, compliance, and employee development in a fast-growing, purpose-driven organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead HR strategy, recruitment, and onboarding processes.
• Manage performance reviews, employee development, and succession planning.
• Drive employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives.
• Ensure HR compliance and lead policy development.
• Oversee payroll, compensation, and HR systems.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of Sri Lankan labor laws and HR compliance.
• Proven expertise in recruitment, HR policy, and performance management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for people development and organizational culture building.
