Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Front-End Lead to guide the design, development, and maintenance of enterprise-grade user interfaces. This role goes beyond coding it's about owning the front-end architecture, mentoring a high-performing team, and delivering polished, scalable, and innovative solutions that power mission-critical systems for global enterprises.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and maintain enterprise-grade front-end codebases with a focus on scalability, performance, accessibility, and security.
• Lead and mentor a team of front-end developers, setting coding standards and best practices.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, UX, and backend teams to design user-focused solutions.
• Solve complex technical challenges involving asynchronous workflows and large-scale applications.
• Ensure pixel-perfect, consistent, and reliable UIs across a complex product ecosystem.
• Champion innovation by implementing cutting-edge practices while ensuring long-term maintainability.
• Provide constructive feedback during code reviews and guide team members in professional growth.

Requirements:

• 9+ years of software development experience, including at least 4+ years in front-end development.
• Strong expertise in React.js and its ecosystem, patterns, and best practices.
• Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3.
• Experience with build tools (Webpack, Vite, etc.), linters, testing frameworks, and CI pipelines.
• Solid understanding of complex asynchronous workflows in web-based systems.
• Full-stack development knowledge is a strong plus.
