Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive Senior Executive HRD to lead initiatives in learning and development, talent management, and employee engagement. The role involves designing training programs, supporting leadership development, and driving a culture of continuous learning to strengthen organizational capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support HRD initiatives focused on learning & development, talent management, and employee engagement.

• Design and implement training programs to support employee career growth and skill enhancement.

• Collaborate with department heads to identify and bridge competency gaps.

• Support leadership development, succession planning, and performance management processes.

• Drive a culture of continuous learning, employee growth, and organizational development.

Requirements:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in HR, Business, or related field.

• 4 - 6 years of experience in HRD or Learning & Development roles.

• Strong knowledge of competency frameworks, training needs analysis, and HR analytics.

• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
