Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive Senior Executive HRD to lead initiatives in learning and development, talent management, and employee engagement. The role involves designing training programs, supporting leadership development, and driving a culture of continuous learning to strengthen organizational capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support HRD initiatives focused on learning & development, talent management, and employee engagement.

Design and implement training programs to support employee career growth and skill enhancement.

Collaborate with department heads to identify and bridge competency gaps.

Support leadership development, succession planning, and performance management processes.

Drive a culture of continuous learning, employee growth, and organizational development.
Requirements:

Bachelors or Masters degree in HR, Business, or related field.

4 - 6 years of experience in HRD or Learning & Development roles.

Strong knowledge of competency frameworks, training needs analysis, and HR analytics.

Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
