Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and technically strong IT Services Manager to lead IT helpdesk operations and ensure smooth technology support across multiple business locations.

This role requires strong leadership, hands-on technical expertise, and the ability to maintain high service standards while aligning IT operations with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the IT Help Desk, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of reported issues.

  • Provide 1st and 2nd level hardware and application support, following up on daily tickets until closure.

  • Perform regular system updates and oversee new IT deployments.

  • Evaluate suppliers and manage procurement of IT equipment.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external partners.

  • Monitor and drive SLAs to ensure KPIs are consistently met.

  • Ensure smooth IT operations that support overall business performance.

  • Conduct IT training sessions for end users when required.

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an IT managerial role.

  • Bachelors or Masters Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • Strong leadership and people management skills.

  • Hands-on technical expertise in both hardware and software environments.

  • Proven ability to work under pressure and provide support during business hours.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
