WE ARE HIRING: Training Manager
Location: Colombo, Sri Lanka
Working Hours: 8:30 AM 5:00 PM
Work Days: Monday to Friday (Onsite) | Saturday (Work From Home)
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct basic training for new joiners and refresher programs for existing team members

Facilitate induction programs for PSRs and Managers
-
Lead on-the-job training during joint field work (FW)
-
Create and update training materials tailored to our business needs

Conduct product training sessions and lead successful field launches
-
Coordinate and support CME/DGM events and new product launches
What We're Looking For:

Minimum 2 years of experience in a relevant training or pharma-related role

Strong communication and presentation skills
-
Proven ability to design, deliver, and evaluate effective training programs

Experience in coordinating field activities and product knowledge sessions
