We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated IT Intern to join our team and support the companys technology operations.

Role Overview

As an IT Intern, you will assist the Director and IT team in managing day-to-day IT operations, providing technical support, maintaining systems and databases, and contributing to ongoing technology improvement projects. This internship offers hands-on experience in IT support, database management, cloud technologies, and hardware troubleshooting within a dynamic business environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to internal staff and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
• Assist in maintaining and updating company databases and IT systems.
• Support in setting up, configuring, and maintaining hardware devices and office IT infrastructure.
• Collaborate with the team on cloud-based solutions and data management initiatives.
• Monitor system performance and help ensure data security and efficiency.
• Participate in real projects, offering technical insights and supporting implementation tasks.
• Document IT processes, incidents, and resolutions accurately.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelors Degree (ongoing) in Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong interest in IT support, database management, and cloud technologies.
• Basic understanding of computer networks, troubleshooting, and system maintenance.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
