Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the service team, including technicians and customer support staff & external service franchisee network.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize service efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Monitor service metrics and KPIs to ensure departmental goals are met.
  • Supplier communication, defect ratio analysis, warranty claiming & managing spare part requirement.
  • Implement and maintain high standards of customer service.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure continuous training and skill development for service technicians.
  • Implement streamlined processes to enhance efficiency and reduce service turnaround times.
  • Manage spare parts inventory and ensure availability for timely repairs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree / NDT / HND qualified in Electrical / Electronic Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3 5 years Proven experience in service management within the consumer electronics, home appliances industry.
  • Exposure & experience working with ERP team & service-related system integrations.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
