Responsibilities:

- Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements for fintech projects.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, engineering, and marketing to develop innovative fintech solutions.
- Analyze data to assess the performance of fintech products and services, and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare and present reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Support the implementation of fintech projects by assisting with testing, training, and rollout activities.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and fintech trends to contribute to the continuous improvement of our products and services.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, or related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present findings to diverse audiences.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other analytical tools.
- Knowledge of fintech industry trends, technologies, and regulatory environment is a plus.
- Prior experience in business analysis, consulting, or fintech is preferred but not required.
