WE ARE HIRING : Senior/Software Engineer Odoo Development

The ideal candidate should be able to,

• Development, customization and supporting enhancements in Odoo.

• Design and develop Odoo apps (new module development, customization).

• Design, code, test, debug and document software according to the functional requirements.

Basic requirements,

• Minimum Bachelors Degree in Computer Sciences, Information Systems, or Computer Engineering or equivalent technical degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Odoo development.

Must have

• Work experience in Python.

• Experience in working with Odoo.sh.

• Having knowledge of Odoo modules and integration.

• Strong knowledge of Core Python and programming concepts.

• Clear knowledge on Odoo Workflow, Odoo Backend, Odoo Frontend (XML, OWL.js), Odoo Python Programming.

• Experience in Odoo APIs and maintaining advanced configurations.

• Strong experience in Odoo (Open ERP) installation, configuration and development.

• Sound knowledge on databases; PostgreSQL.

• Basic knowledge in Linux operating systems.

Nice to have

• Experience in working with On-premise servers.

• Odoo 16 to 18 certifications will be an added advantage.

Soft Skills (Must have)

• Good English with clear communication, articulation and not afraid to open mouth.

• Always open to listen, adopt and improve with the latest technologies.

• Innovative mindset, attention to detail, and following industry standards and guidelines.

• Team player with a can-do attitude.

• Ambitious and taking extra mile when necessary.

Important

• The candidate must stay for a long period and shouldnt be a switcher.

• The candidate should display past experience of his development stack in detail.
