Head of Marketing

Responsibilities

• Strategy: Develop and lead a scalable, international marketing strategy including messaging, creatives, channels, and target audiences.
• Brand: Define and maintain our brand identity across all markets, including visual guidelines, tone of voice, and storytelling approach.
• Performance Marketing: Plan and manage multi-country campaigns across digital platforms to maximise bookings while keeping customer acquisition costs low.
• SEO: Oversee and expand our organic acquisition strategy, driving long-term visibility across regions.
• Creator Partnerships: Build and manage relationships with travel influencers and affiliates to amplify our reach and bookings.
• Impact Storytelling: Share the heart of our missionhighlighting the social and community value of every booking across local and global channels.
  

Requirements

• Significant experience running marketing campaigns targeting audiences in Europe,
  North America, and/or Australia
• A proven ability to adapt and scale strategy across different countries and markets
  Deep knowledge of performance marketing platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok, etc.)
• Strong understanding of SEO principles and long-term growth strategies
• Confidence working with data, spreadsheets, and marketing dashboards
• Experience managing or building diverse, high-performing teams
• Excellent English communication skills
• Experience working with influencers, creators, or affiliate networks
• Background in adventure tourism, travel tech, or mission-driven brands
• Familiarity with Southeast Asian markets, particularly Sri Lanka or Cambodia
