WE ARE HIRING: IT Infrastructure Architect


Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and design IT infrastructure that meets scalability, security, and performance needs.

• Assess and select appropriate hardware, software, and networking solutions aligned with organizational goals.

• Implement strategies and technologies to ensure high availability of systems and applications.

• Supervise the IT infrastructure lifecycle to support smooth and efficient business operations.

• Design and enforce security measures to protect against cyber threats and ensure legal compliance.

• Develop disaster recovery and business continuity plans to ensure system resilience.

• Monitor infrastructure performance, identify bottlenecks, and recommend enhancements.

• Optimize infrastructure costs while maintaining performance and security, including evaluating cloud and virtualization solutions.

• Communicate and collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to align infrastructure with business needs.

• Lead research and integration of emerging technologies and best practices to improve IT infrastructure.

Requirements:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar capacity.

• Proven experience as an Infrastructure Architect or similar role in a complex IT environment.

• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure components, design principles, and industry trends.

• Expertise in security, disaster recovery, and high availability strategies.

• Excellent project management and communication skills.

• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and solve problems creatively.

• One or more of the following certifications will be an added advantage:

  • AWS Certified Solutions Architect Professional

  • Microsoft Certified Azure Solutions Architect Expert

  • Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE) Data Center

  • VMware Certified Design Expert (VCDX)

  • Red Hat Certified Architect (RHCA)

  • Google Cloud Platform Professional Cloud Architect

  • IBM Certified Solution Architect Enterprise Architecture

  • TOGAF 9 Certification
