Marketing Executive

WE ARE HIRING: Marketing Executive

Working hours : 8am- 5pm

Working days : Monday - Friday / Saturday (Half day) 8am - 1pm

Location: Colombo, Sri Lanka ( On some days the candidate has to visit their other branches )

Job Responsibilities

• Plan and run marketing campaigns to promote products and get more customers

• Visit different locations and do campaigns to bring in new customers

• Find new business opportunities and visit places to increase sales

• Work with branch teams to improve marketing and get more customers

• Work to reach monthly and yearly sales targets by bringing more customers.

• Monitor competitor activities and suggest new ideas to stay ahead in the market.

• Handle all events and promotions to increase brand awareness and sales.

Requirements

• Must have government university Bachelor's degree or any equivalent qualification in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

• Proven experience in a marketing role for 2 years.

• Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and content creation.

• Excellent communication and writing skills.

• Ability to analyze data and market trends to optimize marketing strategies.

• Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytic, SEO, and CRM software.

• Creativity and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Sales and Marketing skills.
