WE ARE HIRING:  AGM Marketing & Business Development (Head of Marketing)

Location: Colombo, Sri Lanka
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Work Mode: Onsite

We are currently seeking to fill a key leadership position at IIT Assistant General Manager Marketing & Business Development. This role is critical to driving our student recruitment strategy, brand development, and overall marketing leadership in alignment with our institutional goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of marketing and business development strategies.

  • Drive student recruitment initiatives locally and internationally.

  • Oversee brand positioning, awareness campaigns, and digital presence.

  • Develop and manage annual marketing budgets and performance metrics.

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities.

  • Build and manage relationships with stakeholders, partners, and agencies.

  • Guide and mentor the marketing team to achieve departmental objectives.

  • Align marketing efforts with institutional goals and academic offerings.



Requirements:

  • A Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Masters preferred), and/or a recognized professional qualification.

  • 8 - 10 years of experience in marketing, including at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.

  • Strong expertise in digital marketing, brand positioning, and student recruitmentideally within the higher education or service sector.
