WE ARE HIRING: Product Manager

Location: Onsite (with 70% Field Work)
Working Days: Monday to Friday 
Working Hours: 9:00 AM 5:00 PM

Key Details

• Age Limit: Up to 35 years

• Experience: 5 - 10 years in a relevant role

• Reporting To:

  • Operational: Country Manager (IBM)

  • Functional: HO Marketing

• Team Structure: No direct or indirect reportees

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketing Strategy Support

• Provide insights on market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer needs

• Regularly share feedback with the Country Manager and HO Marketing

2. Effective Implementation of Strategies

• Coordinate with HO for printing, procurement, and dispatch of promotional inputs

• Train field teams and gather strategy feedback

• Manage and oversee digital campaigns with external agencies

3. Training & Development

• Conduct induction and refresher training sessions for MRs and ABMs

• Translate key materials and presentations to ensure local relevance

4. Stakeholder Engagement

• Identify and develop KOLs/KBLs across key locations

• Provide scientific services and product insights

• Attend CMEs, conferences, and key meetings to strengthen relationships

5. Business Development

• Spot and propose new business opportunities including new products or SKUs

6. Self-Development

• Work with CM to identify areas of growth and develop new skills continuously

Internal & External Interactions

• Internal: Country Manager, HO Marketing, ABMs, MRs

• External: Doctors, KOLs/KBLs, Vendors, Ad Agencies, Retailers

Qualifications & Skills

• Educational Background: Bachelor's in Science or Pharmacy

• Mandatory Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office & PowerPoint

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a similar role
