- Job Location: Sri Lanka office - Kalubowila
- Working Hours: 9.00am-5.30pm
- Working Days: 5 days (Monday to Friday)
- Working Method (Onsite, Hybrid, Remote): Onsite

Job Responsibilities:
- Managing local & global travel/tourism suppliers (hotels, DMCs, operators, online platforms, ticketing agents, GDS, etc)
- Ability to negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to ensure delivering the best value to the company
- Lead a team of 6-10 members globally
- Develop tourism products for global clientele
- Quality control for suppliers
- Provide trainings for tourism products for global staff members
Requirement
- MBA or Master degree program in business management or Marketing
- Minimum 3- 4 years of previous work experience in Tourism Procurement & Supplier Management
- Inbound Tourism exposure as inbound tour manager or senior tour consultant
- Industry experience in Travel and Tourism is necessary to perform the duty
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills to build relationship with suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Strong analytical and financial skills to analyze data, identifying cost savings opportunities and make informed decisions
- People management skill is a must
