1. Accounts Assistant
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare management accounts for domestic companies on a yearly, monthly & quarterly basis
- Prepare accounts in accordance with IFRS standards
- Liaise with auditors in the conduct of audits
- Compute payroll for domestic companies
- Control VAT and TDS returns
- Monitor and maintain bank accounts for internal companies and clients
Requirements
- University degree (Finance/Accounting) and/or studying for a professional qualification (ACCA or ACA);
- Minimum of 1.5 to 2 years experience in a similar position;
- Sound knowledge of accounting standards and local legislations;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills;
- Excellent Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience in Accounting softwares (Pastel, QuickBook) will be an advantage
2. Corporate Legal Executive
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in performing day-to-day professional company secretarial services such as incorporations, convening Board Meetings, AGMs, drafting minutes, resolutions, and simple agreements.

Liaise with local authorities on ongoing operational and administrative matters.

Ensure companies within the portfolio are compliant with relevant laws and regulations.

Assist in reviewing agreements and statutory audited financial statements.

Perform bank account openings and bank transfers.

Develop and maintain relationships with banks, auditors, and other stakeholders.

3. Cybersecurity Analyst
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct information security audits based on international standards and frameworks such as ISO/IEC 27001, ISO/IEC 27002, NIST CSF, and other relevant best practices.
- Perform cybersecurity risk assessments for both internal systems and external clients; identify vulnerabilities, assess threats, and recommend appropriate controls.
- Monitor and respond to threats using the organizations Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) solution, escalating issues as necessary and contributing to incident response.
- Assist with regular vulnerability scans and assessments of company and client IT infrastructures, using tools such as Nessus and Nmap.
- Participate in the development and execution of social engineering and phishing simulation campaigns to promote a strong security culture among users.
- Conduct security hardening reviews of IT assets, including servers, network devices, and endpoints, based on CIS Benchmarks or vendor-specific guidelines.
- Support the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of Information Security Management Systems (ISMS) in line with ISO/IEC 27001 requirements.
- Develop, update, and maintain cybersecurity policies, procedures, guidelines, and standards, ensuring alignment with regulatory and business needs.
- Stay abreast of emerging cyber threats, vulnerabilities, and technologies to proactively recommend security improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 1- 3 years of professional experience in IT security, governance, risk, and compliance, or cybersecurity operations (red team or blue team experience is a plus).
- Strong working knowledge of cybersecurity principles, threat landscapes, and security controls.
- Familiarity with ISMS frameworks, especially the ISO/IEC 27000 series, and risk management methodologies.
- Experience with security tools and platforms such as EDR, vulnerability scanners, or GRC platforms is an advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to assess and document information security risks, control deficiencies, and process gaps.
- Effective communication and report-writing skills to articulate technical findings to non-technical audiences.
- Certifications such as ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor, CompTIA Security+ are desirable.
4. Senior Executive Data Analytics & Automation
Key Responsibilities
- Data Analytics and Reporting
· Assist in the design and development of Power BI dashboards that deliver real-time, actionable insights to business units
· Support the creation of data models and measures for operational and strategic reporting (e.g., finance, HR, referral tracking)
· Help prototype data-driven solutions and AI-assisted reports to demonstrate value
- AI Integration and Automation
· Build simple AI workflows using Power Automate, Copilot Studio, and OpenAI APIs under the guidance of the Data Architect
· Participate in the development of intelligent tools (e.g., chatbots, document summarizers) using Python and FastAPI
· Assist in evaluating new AI tools, APIs, or frameworks aligned with business needs
- Data Engineering and Integration
· Support the development and maintenance of data pipelines using Power Query, Dataflows, and Azure Data Factory
· Clean, transform, and prepare data for analytics and AI use cases
· Work with multiple data sources (SharePoint, Excel, SQL, APIs) to unify data in a structured format
- Data Modeling and Architecture Support
· Help maintain and update Power BI data models and SQL-based structures to ensure performance and clarity
· Learn and apply enterprise standards for data definitions, governance, and metadata documentation
· Participate in architecture reviews and solution documentation
- Enablement and Documentation
· Document data flows, dashboards, and automation processes clearly for ongoing support and training
· Assist in training business users on Power BI, AI features, and self-service reporting
· Promote a culture of data quality, automation, and AI exploration within the team
Requirements
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience delivering AI-driven data analytics and automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, Python, and Azure services
- A background in Computer Science or related field, with strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, and software engineering principles
- Proven expertise in Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps, including the ability to design and implement end-to-end analytics and RPA solutions that streamline business processes
- Practical experience working with large language models (LLMs), retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) patterns, and vector search technologies, especially with Azure AI Search
- Proficient in building full-stack AI applications using FastAPI and OpenAI APIs, including the development of agentic systems and multi-agent orchestration workflows
- (Bonus) Familiarity with React or Streamlit for building interactive front-end tools that enhance user experience with AI applications
5. Senior Graphic Designer
Key Responsibilities:
- Design layout and visual elements for integrated and annual reports
- Work with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and translate complex data and narratives into engaging visual formats.
- Ensure brand consistency across all designed materials.
- Coordinate with printers and digital publishing platforms for final production.
- Stay up-to-date with corporate reporting trends and design innovations.
Required Skills & Experience:
- A degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in corporate reporting design (experience with listed companies or ESG reports is a plus).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
- Experience with interactive PDFs and publishing tools (e.g., Foleon, Canva Pro, MS PowerPoint).
- Strong understanding of branding, typography, and layout principles.
- Portfolio showcasing experience in report design.
6. Junior Software Developer
Key Skills & Requirements:
- Experience in software development (web or backend)
- Proficiency in one or more languages: C#, .NET, Java, JavaScript, Python, etc.
- Good understanding of object-oriented programming and data structures
- Experience with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and writing queries
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
Good to Have:
