Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Executive (Hong Kong) to support logistics and marine operations by coordinating with international clients and overseas agents.

The role focuses on managing customer inquiries, coordinating shipment operations, handling billing documentation, and ensuring smooth communication between international teams and customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily inquiries from customers and overseas agents regarding shipment status, documentation, and operational matters.

• Coordinate with international teams to resolve operational issues and ensure efficient service delivery.

• Maintain clear and professional communication with customers and internal teams.

• Negotiate pricing with overseas agents and vendors when required.

• Prepare and verify billing documentation and ensure timely invoicing.

• Follow up on payments and assist in resolving billing discrepancies.

• Maintain accurate shipment records and update operational systems.

• Ensure data accuracy by entering shipment and billing information into internal systems.

• Support operational teams to ensure high service quality and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience & Skills

• Experience in customer service, shipping, or logistics coordination will be an advantage.

• Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken).

• Ability to coordinate with international clients and overseas agents.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, Word, and Outlook.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced operational environment.
