Job Summary:

We seek a results-driven leader to drive enterprise sales, build strong relationships with large corporate clients, and ensure revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, strategic thinking, and leadership skills to lead the enterprise team and expand market reach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in large corporations.
• Conduct needs analysis and provide customized solutions to clients.
• Deliver compelling sales pitches and presentations to secure high-value deals.
• Lead and motivate the corporate sales team to achieve KPIs and revenue targets.
• Identify strategic partnerships and market trends to enhance business growth.
• Introduce innovative solutions to the product portfolio and align the product team to execute them.
• Possess strong IT product knowledge to identify and prospect new business opportunities.
• Stay ahead of competition and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer service and retention.
• Manage Enterprise P&L to ensure profitability and sustainable growth.

Requirements:

• 5+ years in a similar B2B role within telecommunications or enterprise solutions.
• Strong corporate client relationships and proven sales success.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Fluent in English, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Strategic thinker with leadership and team management experience.
• Good understanding of IT-related products to identify opportunities and drive innovation.
• Results-driven with experience in P&L and revenue growth.
