Working Hours: Monday - Saturday (Saturday half-day)
Location: Colombo 04
About the Role
- Lead the Tendering / Utility Segment with a focus on business growth.
- Drive sales, manage tenders, and develop client relationships.
- Oversee sales strategies, procurement coordination, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend to customer inquiries & complaints while driving sales.
- Lead & guide the Utility Sales Team to achieve business targets.
- Organize promotional & competitive sales strategies.
- Formulate accurate & timely responses to Invitations to Tender.
- Develop tailored sales solutions for identified tender requirements.
- Coordinate with Procurement Department for on-time delivery.
- Confirm order deliveries and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Ensure timely collection of payments from clients.
- Respond effectively to customer requests, issues, and requirements.
️ Key Requirements
- Degree in Sales/Marketing from a recognized institute.
- 5 years of experience (minimum 2 years in a similar role).
- Experience in electrical engineering-related product sales is a plus.
- Strong sales orientation with excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
- Analytical & problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated & goal-driven to achieve sales targets.
