Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Research & Business Development Executive to join our team. You will collaborate with stakeholders to translate insights into actionable plans and contribute to expanding markets through product and service improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct research on industries, market trends, and emerging opportunities for growth.
• Generate and present innovative ideas for new and existing business developments.
• Assist subsidiaries in initiating strategies to expand markets and improve offerings.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to convert research insights into actionable strategies.
• Develop detailed reports, presentations, and proposals to support decision-making.

Requirements

• Degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field from a recognized institution.
• Candidates who have completed A/Ls in Mathematics or Biology streams are preferred.
• Proven experience in research (especially online research), analysis, and business development is an advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (mandatory).
• Strong analytical mindset, digital-savvy, and ability to leverage online tools for research.
• Up-to-date knowledge of global trends, emerging markets, and business innovations.
• Exceptional presentation skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team.
