Responsibilities:

1. Develop growth strategies and action plans to improve sales and meet or exceed sales targets
2. Build strong relationships and understand customer trends
3. Forecast and set sales goals, execute a strategic plan to meet sales targets, and expand the client base
4. Understand market trends, recommend adjustments, and communicate sales plans to key stakeholders and sales teams
5. Implement sales training and orientation programs

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field, along with several years of successful sales experience
2. Preferably a master's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related discipline, with a proven track record of leading a sales team
3. In-depth knowledge of marketing techniques, strong leadership qualities, and effective multitasking skills
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and listening skills
5. Ability to forecast sales goals, develop strategic plans, and understand market trends
