WE ARE HIRING: Senior Analyst / Analyst – Investment Research

Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and analytical Senior Analyst / Analyst – Investment Research to support investment advisory and decision-making processes through high-quality research and financial analysis. This role involves producing in-depth research reports, building valuation models, and conducting macroeconomic and equity market analysis to deliver accurate and timely investment insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare clear, concise, and well-structured research reports on selected companies and industries with minimal supervision.

  • Build and maintain detailed financial valuation models using fundamental and relative valuation techniques.

  • Conduct global and local macroeconomic, financial, and equity market research to support investment decision-making.

  • Provide financial analysis to support portfolio management and investment strategies.

  • Ensure timely delivery of research outputs to internal and external stakeholders.

  • Maintain high standards of accuracy, quality, and analytical rigor in all research deliverables.

Qualifications & Experience

Educational Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Accounting, or a related discipline.

  • An MBA and/or CFA qualification will be an added advantage.

  • Candidates pursuing CIMA or ACCA will also be considered favorably.

Experience

  • 2–5 years of experience in an equity research role within a stockbroking or investment company.

Preferred Skills / Other Qualifications

  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with the ability to balance risk and reward.

  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently while meeting tight deadlines.

  • High attention to detail and strong problem-solving capabilities.
