Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Executive (Singapore) to coordinate with international customers and overseas agents while ensuring smooth service delivery and operational support.

The role focuses on managing client inquiries, coordinating logistics operations, maintaining accurate documentation, and supporting billing processes to ensure efficient customer service within a fast-paced logistics environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily inquiries from customers and overseas agents regarding shipment status, documentation, and operational matters.

• Coordinate with international teams to resolve operational issues and ensure seamless service delivery.

• Maintain clear and professional communication with clients and internal teams.

• Negotiate pricing with overseas agents and vendors to meet operational and business requirements.

• Prepare and verify billing documents and ensure timely invoicing.

• Follow up on payment status and assist in resolving billing discrepancies.

• Maintain accurate shipment records and update operational systems.

• Ensure data accuracy by entering shipment and billing information into internal systems.

• Support and guide new team members on operational procedures when required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience & Skills

• Experience in customer service, logistics coordination, or shipping operations will be an advantage.

• Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written).

• Ability to coordinate with international teams and clients.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

• Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment.
