Qualifications and Requirements:

• Proven leadership experience in liner shipping, with expertise in both operations and commercial management.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret business needs and translate them into actionable strategies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and consensus-building skills.
• Proficiency in ICT and a focus on process improvement.
• Experience in port shipping agency work is essential.
