WE ARE HIRING : Paid Media Marketing Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Management: Plan, create, and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant advertising channels.
- Ad Copywriting & Design: Collaborate with creative teams to write compelling ad copy and design engaging visuals that resonate with target audiences.
- Audience Targeting & Segmentation: Develop strategies for precise audience targeting and segmentation to ensure campaigns reach the most relevant users.
- Budget Management: Monitor and manage paid media budgets across multiple platforms, ensuring that spend is optimized to meet performance goals.
- Performance Analysis: Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, identifying key metrics (CPC, CTR, ROI, etc.) and making data-driven recommendations for improvements.
- A/B Testing: Continuously run A/B tests on ads, landing pages, and targeting strategies to improve performance and maximize ROI.
- Collaboration & Coordination: Work closely with the broader marketing team to align paid media efforts with organic content strategies, SEO goals, and overall marketing initiatives.
- Stay Current with Trends: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in paid media advertising and digital marketing.
- Reporting & Insights: Prepare weekly and monthly reports to assess campaign performance, trends, and key insights to share with stakeholders.
- Strategy Development: Assist in the development of paid media strategies that align with company goals, objectives, and KPIs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience managing paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
- Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics and KPIs (CPC, CTR, ROI, CPA, etc.).
- Proficiency in using paid media tools (Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented with a strong ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Experience with A/B testing and landing page optimization is a plus.
- Familiarity with web analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.) is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with paid media in eCommerce or lead generation campaigns.
- Knowledge of SEO and how it integrates with paid media strategies.
- Experience using tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar for campaign analysis.
- Certifications in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or similar paid media platforms are a plus.
