Telecommunication Engineer

WE ARE HIRING: Telecommunication Engineer 

Working Method: Remote
Employment Type: Full-time 
Working Hours: 10:00 AM 7:00 PM (Dubai Time), 
Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Ideal Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of field experience in installing Indoor/Outdoor Wireless Networking equipment

• Experience working with at least 4 brands from the list below (or their competitors):

  • Ligowave

  • Elva-1

  • Radwin

  • Racom

  • Ubiquity

  • Juniper

  • Mikrotik

  • Ceragon

• Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken)

• Ability to work independently with a reliable internet connection, laptop, and mobile

• Capable of writing formal proposals and presenting them online

• Should have previously worked with any brands we currently carry

️ Key Responsibilities:

• Provide remote technical support to clients and sales teams in the MEA region

• Troubleshoot technical issues for products purchased from Xtream

• Offer product training sessions to clients

• Design and present custom wireless network solutions

• Write and present proposals alongside the sales team

• Stay updated on emerging technologies and suggest new product additions..
