Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and process-driven Associate – Finance to support daily finance operations and ensure accurate and timely execution of financial tasks. This role focuses on maintaining workflow efficiency, meeting SLAs, and delivering high-quality financial services within a fast-paced BPO environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Process finance tasks including ledger postings, receipt allocation, payments, and reconciliations
• Handle completion statements and supplier payments accurately
  
• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain financial records
• Ensure all tasks are completed within agreed SLAs with high accuracy
  
• Respond to emails and queries in a timely manner
• Maintain and update trackers for reporting and monitoring purposes
  
• Follow up on assigned tasks and support team members when required
• Ensure adherence to defined workflows and operational processes
  
• Support continuous improvement in finance operations and reporting
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management
  

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in finance or accounting roles
• Experience in BPO or shared service environments will be an added advantage

Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles and financial processes
• High attention to detail and accuracy
  
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
  
• Good communication and stakeholder handling skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel and finance systems
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
