Working Hours: Monday to Friday -  Saturday Full-day (Remote negotiable)

Working Method: On-site (Regular working hours)

Location: Colombo

Collaboration: Work closely with our New York team

Experience Level: Open to interns/trainees (13 months experience) and junior to mid-level professionals (12 years)

Salary: Market rate

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop high-quality 3D garments using tools like CLO, Browzwear, Style 3D, or similar software

  • Ensure garment aesthetics, fit, and detail accuracy in all creations

  • Collaborate with team members and the New York team to meet project goals and deadlines

  • Solve creative and technical challenges with innovative approaches

  • Work on diverse projects for global clients in a fast-paced design environment

Who Were Looking For

  • Skilled in 3D garment creation using CLO, Browzwear, Style 3D, or equivalent software (experience in at least one tool is a must)

  • Detail-oriented with a strong understanding of garment fit and visual aesthetics

  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a creative mindset

  • A proactive team player with strong communication and collaboration abilities

  • Open to interns/trainees (13 months) and junior/senior designers (12 years) who are passionate and skilled in the software
