WE ARE HIRING: Assistant Manager - HR

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the implementation of HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business direction.

  • Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract, hire and retain top talent.

  • Oversee employee onboarding, engagement, and retention programs.

  • Assist with performance management processes, including goal setting, reviews, and development planning.

  • Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook to ensure legal compliance and best practices.

  • Coordinate training and development initiatives in line with organizational goals.

  • Handle disciplinary, grievance, and employee relations matters in a professional and confidential manner.

  • Prepare HR reports and metrics for senior management decision-making.

  • Contribute to HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving people practices and work culture.

  • Liaise with internal departments to provide effective HR support and guidance.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • A recognized professional HR qualification (e.g., PQHRM, CIPM, or equivalent) is preferred.

  • Minimum 3 - 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or assistant manager role.

  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work independently and handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS tools.
