Postgraduate degree (MSc/PhD) added advantage
8-10 years of proven managerial experience in a microbiology lab setting

️ Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the microbiology lab as a profit center

• Drive revenue through client retention, new test development, and service expansion

• Ensure compliance with international standards and GMP practices

• Oversee lab operations, staff training, and performance reviews

• Collaborate on safety, quality, and regulatory initiatives

• Optimize lab KPIs such as TAT, on-time delivery, and error rates

• Champion continuous improvement and innovation

Key Skills

• Strong leadership and people management

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Technically sound and service-oriented

• Fluent in English (written and verbal)
