Job Title: Intern Sales

Reporting to: Sales Manager / Business Development Lead
Internship Duration: 12 Months

About the Role

We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Sales Intern to join our team in Rajagiriya. This 12-month internship is ideal for individuals looking to build a strong foundation in sales and business development. You will gain exposure to real-world sales processes, client interactions, and support the team in generating and managing leads.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients
• Assist with outreach efforts including emails, calls, and LinkedIn messages
• Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and follow-up documentation
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system
• Support in organizing meetings and tracking sales progress
• Collaborate with internal teams to align client needs with company services
• Stay updated on market trends and industry insights

Requirements

• Undergraduate or recent graduate in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field
• Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal)
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
• Self-motivated with a willingness to learn
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Interest in sales, business development, or the HR/recruitment sector is a plus
