Design and develop high-quality motion graphics, 2D/3D animations, visual effects, and static visual content (e.g., posters, banners, social media graphics) aligned with communication goals and brand identity.

Translate complex economic and financial concepts into compelling visual narratives by creating storyboards and innovative designs based on project briefs.

Work closely with policy, content, and communication teams to conceptualize and produce animated videos and graphic materials that effectively support the Banks objectives and messaging.

Design a wide range of print and digital materials, including advertisements, publications, presentations, invitations, and web content, ensuring alignment with corporate style guidelines.

Create engaging and platform-optimized visual content (e.g., posts, flyers) for the Banks social media channels and website.

Edit and refine animations and designs based on feedback; ensure consistency, quality, and compliance with the Banks communication standards across all deliverables.

Stay current with animation, design, and software trends to continuously improve the creativity and impact of visual content.

Manage multiple design and animation projects simultaneously, prioritize work effectively, and ensure timely delivery without compromising quality.

Support ad-hoc design or animation requests from various departments and assist the Director of the Communications Department in meeting urgent or high-priority communication needs.

Passed three (03) main subjects at GCE (A/L) Examination in any stream.

A diploma in graphic design/animation or related field.

Minimum three (03) years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer and Video Animator, with a strong portfolio showcasing design skills, motion graphics, animations, and creative projects, preferably in a corporate or agency environment.

Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

Proficiency in animation software such as Adobe After Effects, Blender, or similar tools.

Strong understanding of design principles, including layout, composition, colour theory, and typography.

Competence in creating static and/or motion graphic designs for both digital (web, social media) and print (publications, advertisements).

Ability to think creatively and develop innovative design solutions.

Strong problem-solving skills to address design challenges and find effective solutions.

Age between 25 - 35 years as at 27.06.2025.
