National Sales Manager Retail
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Reorganising the sales regions/territories and accordingly staffing the sales team in line with the recommendations made by our Consultant and approved by the Board of Directors.
- Managing sales expense budgets and achieving sales targets.
- Developing and implementing Sales Procedures and Policies.
- Develop & Implement effective Sales Strategies.
- Tracking and analysing sales data to find strengths and weaknesses.
- Preparing timely sales forecasts and reports.
- Using market data, statistics and trends to establish sales goals.
- Reviewing marketing inadequacies and adjusting plans.
Develop and lead a National wide Retail Sales Team to achieve targets.
Recognizing and rewarding top sales achievers.
- Building relationship with potential business partners and clients.
- Recruiting, hiring and training new employees in consultation with Director/CEO.
Essential Knowledge, Skills and Experience required for the position
- Professionally Qualified in Marketing.
- 7 years Experience in Retail Sales in Managerial Capacity.
- Excellent Communication Skills.
- Essential working Experience in a Computerized Office environment
