WE ARE HIRING: Dealer Sales Manager/Corporate

  • Working Days  :  Monday Friday and Saturday (Half Day)
  • Working Hours: 8.30 a.m. - 5.30 p.m. Saturday Half Day 8.30 a.m. 

    - 1.30 p.m.

  • Working Type : Onsite



Key Responsibilities 

  • Build and manage strong relationships with dealers and corporate clients to drive consistent sales growth.

  • Identify and onboard new dealers/corporate clients while ensuring a smooth induction and sales process.

  • Promote and sell electronic products to meet and exceed assigned sales targets.

  • Analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity to develop actionable strategies.

  • Plan and execute effective sales visits across assigned territories (valid driving license required).

  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients, highlighting key features and value propositions.

  • Manage sales documentation, reporting, and coordination with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to implement promotional activities and campaigns.

  • Resolve dealer and corporate client issues promptly, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

  • Lead and mentor the sales team where applicable, fostering teamwork and leadership.

  • Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports to senior management.



Requirements

  • Full or part-time professional qualification in sales and marketing.
  • Minimum of 2 to 3 years experience in Corporate/ Dealer sector in a similar capacity.
  • Previous experience in Electronics would be an added advantage.
  • Ability to use initiative and work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills and strong team player with leadership qualities.
  • Good interpersonal and people handling skills.
  • Preferred age below 40 years.
  • Possess a valid driving license.
