WE ARE HIRING: Operation Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage day-to-day warehouse operations and ensure optimal inventory management

• Lead and supervise operational staff, maintaining productivity and performance standards

• Ensure effective communication across warehouse, logistics, and business teams

• Develop and implement operational strategies that align with company objectives

• Maintain high standards of safety, accuracy, and compliance in all warehouse activities

• Report on operational performance and insights to regional leadership

• Bridge blue-collar operational tasks with strategic business responsibilities

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for process efficiency and cost-effectiveness

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in a managerial role within warehouse or logistics environments

• Strong understanding of inventory systems and warehouse workflow

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field

• Postgraduate qualifications (MBA, MSc, etc.) are preferred

• Proven team leadership and communication skills

• Solid experience in both blue-collar operations and strategic decision-making

• Age between 34- 46 years

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
