JUNIOR EXECUTIVE-OPERATIONAL FINANCE

We Are Hiring: Junior Executive Operational Finance

Working Days: Monday to Friday
Working Hours: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and effective communication.

• Process sales invoices based on sales orders, ensuring alignment with customer credit limits and credit periods.

• Prepare sales quotations and submit for approval from relevant Account Managers or authorized personnel.

• Enforce credit control procedures before invoicing to minimize risk; obtain management approval for customers exceeding credit limits or periods.

• Analyze customer payment behavior monthly and discuss insights with the Head of Finance.

• Prepare and submit monthly collection forecasts to support cash flow planning.

• Generate weekly outstanding and forecast reports for the Account Manager and Head of Finance.

• Maintain organized finance records (both digital and hard copies).

• Follow up on overdue payments to ensure timely collections and adherence to cash inflow forecasts.

• Manage petty cash, including disbursements, reconciliations, and accurate transaction recording.

Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in invoicing and debt collections.

• Proficiency in MS Excel is essential.

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build lasting client relationships.

• Passion for continuous learning and professional growth.

• Part qualification in AAT, CMA, or equivalent is an added advantage.
