Membership Operations Associate

WE ARE HIRING: Membership Operations Associate

Location: Colombo, Sri Lanka
Working Days: Monday to Friday, 
Working Hours: 12 PM 9 PM (UK Holiday Calendar)
Work Mode: Hybrid

Compensation: Competitive Salary + Night Shift Allowance

What Youll Be Doing:

• Processing membership and professional standing applications

• Supporting membership renewals and generating basic reports on membership stats

• Updating and maintaining accurate member records

• Responding to queries from members, customers, and internal teams

• Accurately processing customer orders in line with company policies

• Ensuring high-quality data entry and assisting with data integrity tasks

• Supporting other duties as required in a dynamic and growing environment

Requirements:

• Excellent written and spoken English for both emails and phone conversations

• At least 2 years of experience in Customer Service

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

• Multitasking capabilities with a positive, proactive attitude

• A confident, self-starting mindset and flexibility to adapt to evolving responsibilities

Additional Info:

• Must be available to work on Sri Lankan Poya Days and Public/Mercantile Holidays

• Employment is subject to satisfactory references, including a police report
