WE ARE HIRING: Senior Business Development Executive

• Working Days - Monday to Friday

• Working Time - 9.00AM - 5.30PM

• Working Mode - Hybrid (2 days in office is a must)

What Youll Do:

• Drive business growth by identifying and converting new client opportunities
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with key stakeholders
• Craft and deliver compelling pitches that speak our client's language
• Collaborate closely with our strategy, creative, and performance teams to turn leads into long-term relationships
• Help shape how Blacbox shows up in the market with bold ideas and sharp thinking

What Were Looking For:

• 2 - 4 years of experience in business development, preferably in a creative, media, or digital agency
• A confident communicator and natural relationship builder
• Strategic thinker with a hustle mindset
• Comfortable working independently and making things happen
• Bonus points if you already have a network in marketing, brand, or comms teams
