R Programmer

WE ARE HIRING: R Programmer

Location: Orion Colombo, Sri Lanka
Position Type: 1-Year Contract (with 1-Month Notice)

Work Mode:

• First Preference: Onsite

• Alternative Option: Hybrid (3 Days in the Office)

We are on the lookout for a skilled R Programmer with a strong foundation in statistical programming and clinical trial data to join our growing team. This role offers the opportunity to work on meaningful healthcare projects, contributing to global clinical research efforts.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related quantitative field

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in R programming

• Proficiency in R packages such as Tidyverse, ggplot2, survival

• Knowledge of clinical trial data and CDISC standards (ADaM & SDTM)

• Familiarity with industry-standard R packages like ADMIRAL and OAK

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Role Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain global R codebase for generating CDISC ADaM datasets, tables, listings, and figures

• Ensure compliance with industry and regulatory standards

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement project-specific data solutions

• Provide technical support for statistical analysis and reporting tasks

• Perform quality control and validation of R outputs

• Contribute to process improvements and the enhancement of R programming standards
