Role Overview

Were seeking a strategic and results-oriented professional who can drive business performance, lead cross-functional teams, and deliver operational excellence. This is a key leadership role focused on expanding our presence in the H&N and NR sectors while ensuring the highest standards of service delivery.

 Qualifications

• A Bachelors degree in Chemistry, Microbiology or a related scientific field.
• MBA or an equivalent postgraduate qualification will be a strong advantage.
• 10+ years of experience in operational and managerial roles.
• Proven experience in marketing and business development is essential.
• Prior experience in the Testing, Inspection and Certification (TIC) industry is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate business strategies into actionable plans and ensure successful execution.
• Identify market opportunities, develop new services/products and create competitive positioning strategies.
• Monitor market trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation.
• Lead contract negotiations and manage commercial issues with both local and international clients.
• Ensure high standards of quality, safety and service delivery across all operations.
• Promote the brand, capabilities and ethical standards to stakeholders.
• Provide technical solutions and ensure availability of resources (chemicals, consumables, documentation, HR and equipment).
• Maintain compliance with company's Quality, Health & Safety and Integrity standards.
• Inspire, mentor and grow a results-driven team.
