Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet targets

• Build and maintain strong relationships with IPPs, EPCs & key stakeholders

• Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base

• Coordinate with suppliers, clients, and internal teams for timely delivery

• Conduct market analysis and track industry trends

• Provide accurate sales forecasts and performance reports

• Lead negotiations, pricing strategy, and contract management

• Represent the company in industry events and promotional activities

Requirements:

• 2-3 years experience in solar panel/equipment trading

• Strong knowledge of solar products and market dynamics

• Proven sales and negotiation skills with a track record of hitting targets

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• Strong planning, organizational, and analytical skills

• Self-driven and collaborative team player

• Willingness to travel as needed
