Fare Filing Executive (ATPCO)

WE ARE HIRING: Fare Filing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• File fares, fare rules, and taxes into ATPCO in line with commercial and pricing strategies.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of fare data across GDSs (Amadeus & Travelport) and airline PSS (KIU).
• Coordinate with Revenue Management, Sales, and Network Planning teams for fare initiatives and promotions.
• Maintain and update automated pricing rules (CATs), routing data, and surcharges.
• Monitor competitor fare filings and industry trends to recommend pricing strategies.
• Load and maintain private fares, corporate fares, and interline fare agreements.
• Conduct fare audits to ensure compliance and resolve discrepancies.
• Support system migrations or upgrades related to ATPCO fare filing.
• Liaise with ATPCO for technical support and updates.

Requirements:

Experience with GDS is essential.

• Prior experience in fare filing using ATPCO.
• Knowledge of GDS fare structure, airline tariffs, and pricing logic.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with high attention to detail.
• Familiarity with fare rule categories (CAT 133), ticketing restrictions, and IATA resolutions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ability to work with large datasets.
• Good communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred:

• Certification or formal training in ATPCO fare filing or related airline pricing systems.
• Experience with Amadeus, Sabre, or Travelport.
• Bachelors degree in Airline Management, Business, Economics, or related field.
