Business Analyst

Specific tools/systems needed in the job

• Knowledge of an Agile framework or method, especially Scrum
• Proven track record of BA throughout product lifecycle, communication between PM/PO and Dev team
• Outstanding communication, facilitation, negotiation, and coaching skills
• Expert at requirements gathering, writing of stories and acceptance criteria
• Create/maintain application process flows
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including but not limited to Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Experience in using Azure DevOps or Jira or similar tools to manage product backlog
• Experience in managing or working with mobile apps and website
