Key Responsibilities:

• Key Account Management: Manage relationships with key clients.

• Sales Target Achievement: Meet assigned sales targets and quotas.

• Account Receivable Management: Ensure timely account receivable turns.

• Monthly Business Meetings: Organize and attend monthly business review meetings.

• Product Training: Develop and deliver training sessions for customers.

• Training Needs Assessment: Create training plans based on customer requirements.

• Promotional Activities: Coordinate and execute promotional campaigns.

• Activity Calendar: Develop and follow an agreed promotional activity calendar.

• Customer Visits: Plan and conduct regular sales visits to clients.

• Sales Call Plan: Organize monthly and weekly sales calls to potential customers.

• New Customer Acquisition: Identify and secure new customer appointments.

• New Product Launches: Lead and coordinate new product launches.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams to support clients and meet targets.

• Customer Relationship Building: Foster strong, long-term relationships with customers.

• Market Expansion: Explore new business opportunities to expand market presence.

Requirements:

• 3+ years experience in a reputed company (automotive experience would be an added advantage).

• Ability to manage and develop relationships with key clients.

• Degree or professional qualification in a related field.

• Strong communication skill.
