Senior HR Executive

Job Summary:
The Senior HR Executive is responsible for overseeing and managing various human resource functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation and benefits, compliance, and organizational development. The role requires a strategic mindset to align HR initiatives with business objectives while ensuring a positive workplace culture and high employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices in compliance with labor laws.
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of employees.
• Manage employee relations, addressing grievances and fostering a positive work environment.
• Administer payroll, compensation, and benefits to ensure competitive and fair remuneration practices.
• Support performance management processes, including goal setting, appraisals, and employee development.
• Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
• Ensure compliance with employment regulations and maintain up-to-date HR records.
• Drive initiatives related to employee engagement, diversity, and inclusion.
• Provide strategic HR insights to senior management to support business growth.
• Oversee HR analytics and reporting to measure workforce effectiveness and HR initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Masters degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, preferably in a senior or managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
• Experience in handling HR systems and data analytics for decision-making.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle confidential matters with integrity.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
